Bio
Niek is a Ph.D. Researcher at Eindhoven University of Technology, within the Electrical Energy Systems group of the Department of Electrical Engineering. He received his B.Sc. and M.Sc. degrees in Electrical Engineering from Eindhoven University of Technology. His research focuses on the reliability and aging of power system components, with particular emphasis on physical and statistical modeling of component failures in the context of the energy transition.
